In this privacy policy, we explain what Tulling Meat Import does with information we receive from you. If you have questions, or want to know exactly what information we keep about you, please contact us. We only use personal data that you provide at tm-import.nl for the purpose for which you provided it. We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which you provided it. After that, the data is destroyed.

In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. Tulling Meat Import would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Tulling Meat Import takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
