Gran Carne Grainfed Angus beef is not just any beef. Breed and diet, among other factors, play a major role in the quality and taste of this beef. Gran Carne products come exclusively from selected Angus cattle, which roam in peace and freedom on the vast, rich pastures (also known as the pampas) in a mild climate. The Angus cattle are fed a specially balanced grain diet for 100 to 120 days; as a result, the meat is beautifully marbled and therefore exceptionally flavorful and tender. This ensures that Gran Carne possesses absolute quality hallmarks!
